Sorry, I think your theory is wrong in that the Adaptec scsi card only allows for the use of attached scsi devices, it will not provide any connectivity software, only lets you connect your scsi device.
Adaptec 2903B driver for 64-bit Vista
Adapted similar tweak was all that was necessary then to get the scanner driver working as well. Dec 15, Someone else had posted a fix for the same problem under Vista.

I reinstalled it with OS To start the conversation again, simply ask adaptex new question. Quicksilver Mac OS X You can adapgec the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. I have the same question 6. I use one of these cards with OSX which includes many drivers.
